Terms of Service for legitboost.net

This page sets out the terms that apply when you use legitboost.net (“the site”, “we”, “us”). Using the site counts as agreement to these terms - if you disagree with any part, the only remedy is not to use the site.

1. About Us

Game boosting services are what Legit Boost covers, independently and from the outside. Our output is editorial: written assessments, ordered rankings, price research, buying guides. Boosting itself is nothing we sell, run, resell or arrange, so an order placed with a provider we cover is agreed between you and that provider alone.

2. Opinions, Not Advice

Ratings, positions in our tables, written reviews, quoted prices and how-to material all carry our editorial view, formed from research and real orders at the time each page went live. Read them as general information. Providers revise pricing, rules and standards constantly, so no page can be promised as exhaustive, still accurate today or free of mistakes, and none of this replaces advice from a lawyer, an accountant or any other professional.

3. Outside Services

Reviews on this site send readers toward businesses run by other people. Ownership and control of those businesses stay entirely with them. Should you buy, the deal exists solely between you and the seller under whatever terms and prices it publishes, and nothing it does, hosts or fails to supply falls to us.

One more caution: publishers commonly ban the practice, and an account used for boosting can be sanctioned. Nobody but you can weigh that up before ordering, however well a provider scores with us.

4. Rules of Use

• No scraping, copying or wholesale republication of what we publish here unless we have agreed to it.
• No attempts to disrupt, flood or probe the site or its hosting.
• No impersonating the site or implying we endorse you by using our name or material.
• No fake correction requests and no doctored evidence.

5. Rights and Marks

Original material on the site - writing, scores, structure, design - is our property. Brief excerpts may be quoted with a link to the source page. Any game titles, service names or logos shown belong to their respective trademark owners and appear only for identification; no affiliation with or endorsement by any publisher or boosting service is implied for legitboost.net.

6. No Warranties

You take the site “as is”, and available whenever it happens to be up. No warranty attaches in any form, whether stated outright or implied by law, over accuracy, fitness for any purpose or non-infringement, and outages or defects may occur at any point.

7. Damages and Liability

So far as the law permits, we are not liable for special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising from the site or from dealings with third-party services discovered through it, including banned or lost accounts, lost data and lost profits. Where the law will not allow exclusion, the ceiling is what this site has ever charged you: nothing.

8. Revisions

These terms may change now and then. Whatever version carries the latest effective date on this page is the one in force. Using the site after an update means the updated terms apply to you.
